2008年重庆国际珠宝展览会将定于2008年7月在重庆隆重举办,本届展会共设展位800个,是中国第四大珠宝展,本次展会将一如既往地充分发挥桥梁和纽带作用,进一步加大舆论宣传力度,拓宽信息受众面,完善全程服务,丰富展会活动,全方位提升展会的内涵、档次和影响力,充分凸现展会风姿。

四、技术交流及新品发布会
组委会还将协助企业在会期间举办产品发布会,收费标准:每场5000元人民币(限时2小时),有需者请于展会前1个月提出申请,以便安排。

·国内企业: 9㎡展位 6800元 / 展期 ·外资及合资企业: 9㎡展位 9800元 / 展期
注:两面开口展位须加收10%费用。
此费用包括:一柜二椅、一条楣板、三面展板、二支照明射灯、(220V、5A)电源插座一个。
·空场地:国内企业700元/㎡/展期 合资企业1000元/㎡/展期
注:36㎡ 起租、无任何设施,空地及特装展位,需自行缴付场地管理费和接电费。
·会务费:每人收600元,用于开幕酒会、会议资料、参展证、午餐、纪念品、会务接待、代办住宿、代订返程票、重庆一日游等。

八、参展程序
·填写参展申请,加盖公章后邮寄或传真至组委会。参展申请被接收后组委会将通过传真或邮寄方式确认您的申请。
·在申请参展后一周内将所有费用电汇或交至组委会。
·展位顺序分配原则:“先申请、先付款、先分配。”
·参展商在汇出各项费用后,须将银行汇单传真或复印寄往组委会,以便核查,发票报到时在现场财务组开取。
·组委会收到参展申请后将会于开展前一个月寄发一份《参展商手册》,内含展览会主要日程安排,各项服务申请表,摊位搭建装饰,租用展具,增加用电及展品运输报送指南,这将协助您方便并高效地完成参展活动。
九、注意事项
·参展企业必须合法经营,持证经营。
·参展单位参展人员均必须遵守本会及会馆的各项有关规定。
·参展单位在交付费用后放弃参展,所交费用不予退回。
·严禁假冒伪劣产品参展。
·参展单位自行转让展位,本会将取消其参展资格,不退回展费。

V. Booth Fees
· Domestic enterprises: RMB 6,800 per one for 9 square meters booth
Foreign investment and joint ventures: RMB 9,800 per one for 9 square meters booth
Note: two openings booth to be subject to 10% cost.
This fee includes: a counter two chairs, a fascia board, three panels, two lighting spotlights, (220 V, 5A) and a power socket.
· Empty venues: Domestic enterprises RMB 700 per one. Foreign investment and joint ventures: RMB 1,000 per one.
Note: 36㎡ accrue without any facilities, open space and special equipment booth, venue management to pay their own fees and then electricity.
· Running costs: RMB 600 per person for the opening reception, the meeting information, exhibitors, lunch, souvenirs, conference host, agent accommodation, and the return and a day trips of Chongqing.
· The exhibition will be invited the well-known enterprises to sponsor and co-sponsor the conference (information other cable).

VIII. Exhibitors Procedures
· Fill in the application and with official seals than mail, or by fax to the organizing committee. The application was received after the organizing committee will be by fax or mail to confirm your application.
·After application, the exhibitors pay all fees to the organizing committee useable draft or post in a week.
· Sequence booth allocation principles: "first apply, first payment, first distribute on."
· When cost the fees, the exhibitors should be single fax or copy of the bank sent to the organizing committee, which in order to verify. Invoices report wil l give to you at the scene from the financial group.
· Organizing Committee will be sent a "The Exhibitors' Manual", before one ?month of the exhibition. It containing the main exhibition schedule, the service application form, structures booth decoration, rented exhibition increase elect ricity and exhibits submitted to the transport guidelines, which will help you facilitate the efficient and activities completion of exhibitors.
IX. Notes
· The exhibitors must be legitimate business enterprises and hold with business card.
· The exhibitors participating officers must comply with the relevant provisions of the council and the Hall.
· The exhibitors in the exhibition to give up after delivery costs, the costs are not paid back.
· Prohibited fake and shoddy products.
· The exhibitors transfer their own booth which will be cancelled the qualifications and will not return the costs.
· To ensure that the overall image exhibition, the organizers have booth mobilize the right to make the final decision.
